He holds a position as an associate professor at Aarhus University and has recieved a number of distinctions for his academic work and has been awarded lecturer of the year.
He’s the author of two books on organizational networks (both in Danish) and a course book on Organizational Behaviour.

Jens was among the very first to work commercially with social network analysis (SNA) in Scandinavia. He has taught and given talks at Copenhagen University, Aarhus University and University of Southern Denmark and presented his work at a number of international academic conferences.
